We provide etiquette and protocol training and employee engagement to organizations and individuals. We develop customized training solutions to ensure that organizations and individuals will be prepared from the board room to the dining room. Our company’s vast experience in industry’s ranging from public relations to instructional technology position us to prepare our clients with the knowledge to succeed in any business environment.
Society is much different than it was just 10 years ago, therefore we ensure our sessions are current, customized and practical for any audience. We provide interactive, engaging sessions, that take our clients from behind the desk and into the real-world.
Lastly, we recognize and embrace that etiquette is an ongoing learning process that must be reinforced and refreshed. Therefore, we offer continuing learning resources, through our Scarlet Connect program that keeps our clients focused on their personal growth. These offerings may include post 30 day touch-bases, monthly check-ins or recommended readings.
