Jacqueline M. Northrop Baker, Principal Consultant & Founder

For over 10 years, Jacqueline M. Northrop has committed her time and energy to the engagement of her community and the individuals in which she is dedicated to enlighten and empower.

Jacqueline takes a renewed, innovative and realistic approach to the etiquette instruction that she instills through her self-designed etiquette training. While the origins of etiquette span back several centuries, Jacqueline respects those traditions while making the everyday practices relevant, efficient and effective to today’s usage.

Jacqueline founded Scarlet Communications to provide consult and coaching in the areas of etiquette and employee engagement. She strategically works to create solutions and discover opportunities that will further the growth of organizations and arm youth, employees and executives with the critical life skills that will foster positive and productive business and personal lifestyles.

Utilizing the Engage, Enlighten and Empower model of Scarlet Communications, Jacqueline has provided training, coaching and consult to corporations and community organizations including, St. John’s Providence Hospital, Detroit Lions, SG Companies, Rhonda Walker Foundation, Links-Renaissance Chapter, Midnight Golf, Marygrove College, WDIV-TV 4, Kappa League, Cotillion Society of Detroit, Greater Detroit Area Health Council and Michigan Women’s Foundation.

She has also served in leadership and management corporate roles providing training, consult, public relations and event management to organizations including AT&T, Chrysler and Ford Motor Company.

As a Certified Six-Sigma greenbelt, Jacqueline consistently develops systems to aid clients in streamlining processes to assist in reaching their strategic planning and development goals.


Jacqueline obtained her undergraduate Public Relations degree from Wayne State University in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology in 2008 with specializations in Interactive Technologies and Performance Improvement.

Jacqueline received certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement in 2009.


In addition to her professional obligations, Jacqueline is a founding member of Detroit Young Professionals, a member of the International Society of Performance Improvement, the Public Relations Society of America and the Karmanos Cancer Institute Volunteer Board.

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys her collection of James Bond movies, mentoring, snowboarding, traveling and aiding colleagues and associates in becoming the best possible version of themselves.

Aaron JacksonAaron Jackson – Instructor

Aaron W. Jackson is an executive producer and CEO of House Lions Entertainment Group. His romanticism with society and need to better humanity, led to the genesis of House Lions Entertainment Group. House Lions combines Philanthropy, entertainment, and entrepreneurial business practices to eliminate poverty, homelessness, and other quality of life issues.

Aaron’s past work includes executive productions with 107.5 WGPR, 1400 AM WDTK, WADL TV38, and the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). He currently produces weekly shows on iHeartRadio, MY TV20 Detroit, as well as philanthropic work with the United Service Organizations (USO).

Aaron Brings 7 years of production experience and holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in International Business. He is currently completing his Juris Doctor at The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He currently resides in Detroit, Michigan.
